Final materials are typically delivered within 3 business days after the session. Rush delivery may be available on request.
No — drone footage requires good visibility and safe wind conditions. If weather doesn't cooperate on the scheduled day, we'll reschedule the drone portion at no extra cost.
Virtual staging lets us digitally furnish or renovate a space using your existing photos or video walkthrough — showing potential buyers what a room could look like, without any physical renovation or furniture rental.
Yes — we can visualize both interior redesigns and exterior renovation concepts (e.g., facade updates, landscaping ideas) for marketing purposes.
Yes, once final payment is made, you receive full rights to use the delivered materials across listing platforms, social media, and print marketing for the property.

We recommend the property is clean, decluttered, and well-lit (curtains/blinds open) before we arrive. For virtual staging requests, empty or lightly furnished rooms tend to work best.
