These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of services provided by Matúš Babjak ("we", "us", "our") through the website realvisionmedia.eu ("Service").
We provide real estate photography, cinematic video, drone/aerial footage, video walkthroughs, and virtual staging/renovation visualization services for residential and commercial properties.
Bookings are confirmed upon written agreement (email or messaging) between the client and Matúš Babjak. We reserve the right to reschedule sessions due to weather conditions (particularly for drone/exterior work) or unforeseen circumstances, with reasonable notice to the client.
Payment terms will be agreed upon before the session. Unless otherwise stated, full or partial payment may be required prior to delivery of final materials.
Clients who need to cancel or reschedule a booked session should notify us as early as possible. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Final photos and videos will be delivered digitally within an agreed timeframe following the session, typically 3 business days, unless otherwise specified.
Upon full payment, clients receive a license to use delivered materials for marketing and promotional purposes related to the property (e.g., real estate listings, social media, print materials). Matúš Babjak retains the right to use delivered materials for portfolio, marketing, and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Virtual staging and renovation visualizations are digital representations for marketing purposes only. They do not represent the physical condition of the property and should not be interpreted as an accurate depiction of any structural or renovation work.
Matúš Babjak is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or delivered materials. Our liability is limited to the value of the services provided.
Clients are responsible for ensuring safe and lawful access to the property, including any necessary permissions for drone operation in the area (e.g., restricted airspace near airports or protected Alpine zones).
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic.
